Hi Errol, I'm doing well.
I'm in Senior Project right now and I'm planning on making a book by the end of the quarter.

I also applied for the graduate program here for next year. I hope I get in, but we'll see.

How are you? How is New York?
Cool! Who do you have Senior Project with? And what do you plan on making your book about?

Don't worry about Grad School. There's like a 100% chance you'll get in. Definitely. I'm doing alright. New York is the same as always, rude people, but bars that stay open late. So one negative outweighs the other. And as for now, I'm hoping for a bit of freelance... So hopefully things will work out

I have Senior Project with Brian Ralph, a guest artist who is a professor at MICA.
My book is a chapter book for children ages 8-14. It is about 4 boys who get trapped in the Charleston Jailhouse. The building is abandoned and so without electricity, the boys must rely on splitting up into teams of two. When they set out to find an escape in the jail, they must encounter the ghosts of an African slave, the Confederate army, and the first female serial killer to get out alive.
If this book is successful, I'd like to make a series. Each book would focus on the four boys visiting different historical buildings, encountering historical ghosts along the way.
Brain Ralph eh? Well I was just checking out his work online and his stuff is awesome. I envy you....

Your book sounds pretty cool! What kind of vibe are you going for it? A more historic vibe, talking about the history of the place? Or more creepy, horrorish vibe using the history of the place as a backdrop for whats happening?
